Getting it Right WEEKLY
Being inspired and motivated is great, but staying consistent with your training and goals wins long term hands down. Besides training once or twice during the workweek, I nearly always get out into real nature on weekends hiking and snowshoeing, back-country skiing, mountain biking, etc. Consistency is the key to building and maintaining your fitness for the ultimate challenges that come along. It is something like the riddle which comes first – the egg or chicken. Get outside routinely and have fun poking yourself on the little challenges locally to keep you up to stratch mentally and physically for when the big challenge gets dreamed.
